By joining the waitlist or using Solenna, you agree to what's on this page. If you don't, please don't use the service.
02What Solenna is, and isn't
Solenna is an AI companion for people reducing or stopping cannabis use. It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a crisis service. It doesn't replace a doctor, a therapist, or a treatment programme.
If you're experiencing severe withdrawal, thoughts of harming yourself, or any medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional. Solenna is not monitored by humans in real time.
03The AI can be wrong
Solenna's replies are generated by a language model. They can be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your judgement, and don't rely on Solenna for medical, legal or financial decisions.
04Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and able to enter a contract where you live. One account per person.
05The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and costs nothing. We may open access in stages, and we may change what's in the product before it ships.
06Free week and billing
- The free week is the full product. Your card goes on file at the start and nothing is charged until day seven.
- We tell you before the trial ends - in the app and as a notification.
- After that, the plan you chose renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time through your app store; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by the app store you bought through, under their rules.
The price, the currency and any tax are shown by the app store before you confirm, and the store handles the charge. Where your local law gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right, you keep it - nothing in this section reduces it.
07What you write
Your messages, your story and your posts are yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process them so the service can work - hold your memory, generate replies, show your posts to the room you posted them in. Nothing more.
08Circles conduct
- Stay anonymous, and let others do the same. Don't try to identify anyone or repost what they wrote elsewhere.
- No harassment, hate, or contempt for someone's slip.
- No selling, sourcing, dealing, or promoting anything.
- No medical advice dressed up as certainty.
We can remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will where the room's safety depends on it.
09Safety
If Solenna detects language suggesting you may be in danger, it offers human crisis resources before anything else. It never blocks you from asking for help, and crisis support is never behind a paywall. We may also contact emergency services where we believe someone's life is at immediate risk.
10Our own material
The app, the name, the mark and everything we wrote in it belong to us. You're welcome to use the product; you're not licensed to copy or resell it.
What you write stays yours, as set out in section 7. Using the product doesn't give you any right in the Solenna name or mark.
11Availability
We'll try to keep Solenna up, but we can't promise it will never be down, and we may change or retire features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data.
12Liability
To the extent the law allows, Solenna is provided as is, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited - including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
14Governing law
The law these terms run under, and where a dispute would be heard, will be set out here before the app launches and before anyone is charged. If something goes wrong before then, write to hi@solenna.app and we'll deal with it directly.
15Changes
If we change these terms materially, we'll tell you before they take effect.
